၁။ သတၱ၀ါတိုင္းဟာ ဒုကၡမေရာက္ေသးသမွ် မေၾကာက္ေရးခ် မေၾကာက္ၾကပါဘူး။

Unafraid

1.No being is afraid until it gets into trouble.

၂။ တရားထူး မရေသးသမွ်ေတာ႕ျဖင္႕ သံသရာသြားဖို႕ အယူ၀ါဒဟာ ျမဲျပီလို႕ စိတ္မခ်ရေသး။

No Guarantee

2. So long as you have not yet acquired the atates of moral purity, there is no guarantee that you have got the right belif for your journey in the cycle of existences.

၃။ တစ္ဘ၀၏ တစ္ခဏ၏ ငါအျဖစ္ကို မၾကည္႕ပါနဲ႕၊ တစ္သံရာလံုးက ငါအျဖစ္ကိုသာ ၾကည္႕ၾကပါ။

3. Don’t look only to your situation in this transitory life; look to the series of existences you have gone through.

*အမွတ္တမဲ႕ မေနၾကနဲ႕

၄။ လူေတြဟာ အမွတ္မဲ႕ ေန၊ အမွတ္မဲ႕ ၾကီး၊ အမွတ္မဲ႕ ေသၾကတယ္၊ တကယ္ဆိုေတာ႕ စား-၀တ္-ေန-ေရး ျပည္႕စံုရင္ အို-နာ-ေသေရးအတြက္ အသင္႕ျပင္ထားဖို႕ေကာင္းတယ္။

Don’t be Listless

4. People are born , grow up and die in a listless manner. In fact , they should prepare themselves for old age, sickness and death after they have acquired the necessities of life.

၅။ လူေတြဟာ ကုိယ္႕ရဲ႕ အဆင္႕အတန္းကို မတင္းတိမ္တတ္ၾကဘဲ၊ မရႏိုင္တဲ႕ အဆင္႕အတန္းကိုပဲ အထင္ၾကီးေမွ်ာ္မွန္းေနၾကတယ္။

Don’t Aim too High

5. People are not satisfied with their own position in life and are always aiming too high.
