ဤသူသည္ ငါ့ကို ဆဲေရး၏၊ ငါ့ကို ညွဥ္းဆဲ၏၊
ငါ့ကို ႏိုင္၏၊ ငါ၏ ဥစၥာကို ခိုး၏ ဟူ၍
စိတ္၌ အမ်က္မထား
ရန္ညွဳိးမဖြဲ႕ၾကေသာ သူတို႔မွာ
ရန္သည္ ၿငိမ္းေလ၏။

"He abused me,
he struck me,
he overpowered me,
he robbed me."
Those who do not harbour such thoughts
still their hatred.
