No Ajahn Chah or Not Individual (English language)
Ajahn Chah was born in 1918 in a village located in the north-eastern part of Thailand. He became a novice at a young age and received higher ordination at the age of 20.
He practised meditation under a number of masters, among whom was Ajahn Mun, a highly respected & accomplished meditation teacher of the time. Ajahn Chah later became an accomplished meditation teacher in his own right, sharing his realization of the Dhamma with those who sought it.
The essence of his teaching is rather simple: Be Mindful. Don't grasp on to anything. Let go any feelings or attachment.
"Do not be a bodhisatta; do not be an arahant ; don't want to be a someone or something; do not be anything at all. If you are a bodhisatta, you will suffer; if you are an arahant, you will suffer; if you are anything at all, you will suffer. "_By Ajahn Chah.
