Kathmandu monthly meditation

Next meditation at Kathmandu Gallery is Sunday September 13th:

Khun Morakot, a Thai lady fluent in English and experienced in meditation, leads a monthly session at Kathmandu Gallery, Silom area. She has much experience in a number of meditation lineages, and especially the use of meditation (or just counselling) for cancer patients. This month she has invited another speaker – a qualified Taoist meditator (as well as experience in other lineages) to lead the session.

It is a charming setting and teacher so take advantage. There are 2 excellent Indian cafe/restaurants opposite that are inexpensive, and have very good food. We usually go there after the meditation to have a yarn, just after midday when the session ends.
